We endeavour to keep prices as low as possible. Any change comes with at least 60 days’ written notice.

Lock in your price for up to three years

Commit to a three-year term and pay the same price for the full period: no increases at all.

You’ll never pay more than a new customer

If we ever lower our rates for new customers, existing customers receive a refund of the difference.

Answers before you contact us.

We aim to get institution live within a week. We handle the initial setup on your behalf, configure your cohort and workflow, and walk staff through the platform before your first applications arrive.

Yes. We can import your existing student list and prior-year award data so there's no gap in your records. We'll handle the mapping - you just point us at the spreadsheet.

All student data is stored in UK data centres. Evidence files are encrypted at rest and in transit with access-controlled signed URLs - staff can only view documents they're permitted to see. A full audit log is maintained for six years as required by the DfE.

Onboarding includes a setup call, staff walkthrough, and guided first-cohort configuration. After that, you have direct email support to one of our founders and developers. We respond to support requests within one working day.
